This site is dedicated to those who are too cheap, too lazy, or just too stupid to buy the photo atlas.

Greg Skibinski Rawks!

Lab Instructor Greg Skibinski has posted great material on his UAH homepage. There, you will be able to access to his lecture slides complete with labeled pictures and explanations. In particular, his pictures of the plant slides will prove to be most useful. Check it out!

Warning!

If you are like me and have a weak stomach, don't even think about looking at these pictures right after eating...

Also, I have tried my best to make the labeling of organs as accurate as possible... but I make mistakes. So use these pictures at
your own risk. If you do spot errors, please post a comment underneath the entry and I'll do my best to correct it ASAP.

I apologize for the poor quality of some of these pictures, in particular, the moss. Apparently, I was in the wrong mode when taking those.

Microscope Slides

The photo atlas will prove to be superior compared to these pictures... The quality isn't that great because I had to literally focus my camera through the microscope lens to take the pictures...

Key to the Giant Hands-On Flower

I realize I should have taken a picture of the "Giant hands-On Flower"

Test Yourself!

Try to name all of the parts...

Dogfish Shark

Frog

Crayfish

Squid

Yum yum... Calamary anyone?

The squid has radial symmetry...

Earthworm

The earthworm is hermaphrodite; it has both male and female reproductive organs.
